I recently returned from a trip to China, and as such I am suffereing from Jet Lag.  You wuld think that by this time in my life, after so many trips overseas, I would be used to this.  Unfortunately, its one of the cruel ironies of life that as one gets older that kind of travel just gets harder and harder.  I used to be able to get over the time difference in just a couple of days, but these days I'm still discombobulated after a week.

I landed in the DC area just ahead of Hurricane Sandy hitting the east coast, and was crawling into bed just as the heavy winds were starting.  Thankfully, I spent the next 24 hours blissfully unconscious so I missed the violence and awoke to the aftermath.  Northern Virginia was spared the worst of things, so there's no damage to reprt here - however this has thrown a bit of a monkey wrench into my work during our businest time of year, so things may seem a little more sporadic than usual.

Next time we meet, I promise a special announcement.
